So, what is an Agent?

Fair question, the word "agent" has been thrown a around a lot lately so it's worth defining what we mean in this case.

If you've ever used tools like Zapier or Make, or even business automation software like Highlevel or Keap, then you're familiar with automated processes. An agent is a few levels more sophisticated.

An agent doesn't need to follow a linear process, it can make decisions based on a variety of factors and draft it's own communication and content.

How the Install Works

You don't build any of this. Your part is a few conversations, one go-live call, and reviewing your agent's work while we tune it. Here's what happens between your Fit Call and the day your agent starts doing the work.

We start with how you do this work today - your process, your tools, the parts that already work. Your agent gets built around the business you have, not a workflow we invented.

Before anything gets built, you'll have:

  • A plan showing exactly what your agent will do, and how. You approve it first.

  • Clear lines around what it can access and what it can't. You draw them, and we set everything up inside them.

  • Your answer to the question we always ask: what would make you fully comfortable handing this over? Then we build to that answer.

Step 2: Universal Source

Next, we write the documents your agent thinks with, we call this the Universal Source folder.

Most people hand AI a task and get generic work back, because the AI knows the task and nothing else but it's default programming.

So before your agent touches a single task, we capture:

  • Your messaging and offers, so everything it produces stays accurate and consistent.

  • Your opinions and your standards - the things you'd never want said wrong.
